So first, Me and my ex broke up about 6 months ago, but we started talking again and he said he misses me and wants to see me and kiss me and hug me and hold my hand. He calls me babe and baby and hun and sweetie, but it doesn't bother me. He said he likes me, and I mean I like him too.. Maybe he never stopped liking me? I don't know... I asked him why he started talking to me again he said because he misses me. Well tomorrow is his birthday and I don't know what to say. Just "happy birthday" or something sweet?

Second, I'm just depressed like almost all the time. And Most of the time I put on a fake smile or fake laugh so people will think I'm OK. Or if they ask if I'm okay I say I'm fine... But really I'm breaking down inside. And I started cutting my wrist. I don't know what to do only 2 people know about my wrist, my best friend and my friend. I'm scared to tell anyone. Please help?

How old are you both, and why did you break up? How long have you been cutting and why do you? The cutting issue is for a doctor to help you with. You cannot relieve emotional pain, with physical pain. That's only a quick fix bad solution, so what's up in your life that causes the depression?

I think the first two are connected. The issue with the ex is causing some sort of depression. You should stop contacting your ex and move on with your life to start the healing process. Do all the things you love and eventually you ll be back to your normal self.
