    I am a HS student taking a college medical coding beginners class. I have answer all these questions myself. Please don't assume I'm asking you to do them for me because I am capable of doing my work. But because I have struggled in this class and my instructor is no help. I am wanted to see how to answer these questions and other ones along with it. I don't know whether I am dong them right or not!

    You look up the code and see the title and description. Why are you having problems with that?

    No actually I have done that. Most of the short answers you can obviously do that with, but longer questions are far more difficult than the one you answered. The one you answered I have already mastered.
