    I had my period for 3 weeks!
    I just recently been put on depo and the day I got it I finished my period.. a couple days later I got my period again and it lasted for 3 weeks now, is the normal?! It's kind of scarying me..

    Hi Cassandrakenya,

    Depo is notorious for causing irregular bleeding, especially when first being used. Odds are that it is the cause of the unusual bleeding. Certainly it would be wise to let your gyn know as they may want to still do a check as there can be other reasons for irregular bleeding and it may just be coincidental that it started after the injection.
