    My friend has been sick sense wed
    Wed.night we are chinese food, shortly after that my friend started feeling dizzy, headache, fever and cold and hot sweats.. now it's Friday he is not feeling any better.

    So he goes to the doctor? It can of course be anything, flu that just happened, reaction to some food, or even food poisoning, no one can tell you without an exam.
