    Use of 20 amp outlet with 14 gauge wire
    I have several new outlets that I plan to install. The outlets are rated 20 Amps. Can I use these outlets with 14 gauge wiring? The breaker is a 15 Amp breaker.

    No. Just use 15 amp outlets, if you have something that needs 20 amps, you will need #12.

    Get the right ones. Devices are cheap.
