    The world has experienced lots of natural disasters during the past few years. Families in Louisiana are still struggling after Hurricane Katrina in 2005; the American government has failed there. What about recovery and government help after the tsunami in the Indonesia area (December, 2004)? And aftereffects and any government aid after the Iceland volcano recently?

    Welfare payments, individuals and families have gotten used to getting free money and often no longer want to work or they will lose their benefit.
