    Judges order child visitation broken
    Our grandaughter is not visiting non-custodial parent as judge ordered, is this breaking the judges order ?she runs where ever she wants, Mom does not care .

    The mother has a obligation to have the child available, is the non custodial parent going to the proper place to pick the child up ? And the child is not there ?

    Then non custodial parent takes custodial parent back to court for failure to obey the court order.
