    My husband may be charged with child grooming I am the licensee of a public house can he still live at the pub

    ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    I assume, by pub, you mean the US equivalent of a bar. Since children aren't allowed in one (I assume) I don't see why that would be an issue. If he is charged, the prosecutor or court will probably set the rules.
