95 honda cbr f3 completely dead
There is no life whatsoever in this motorcycle. When I turn the key to on, no neutral light comes on, no kickstand start light comes on, none of the electricity works in the bike. When I got it out from the winter it wouldn't start. It just had a clicking noise. So, I bought a battery, it was above 12 volts and it just made the clicking noise, so I bought another new battery and the same thing. When I was gone my brother decided to try and jump start it worked but then after he turned it off, it still just made those clicking noises. Then all of a sudden it was just gone, nothing at all. So, I've replaced the fuses in the fuse box, thinking it was the fuses. Nothing worked. So I got the car and plugged the jumper cables on to the bike to see if I could just get electricity through it, nothing when I turned it on. Still dead. I've tried a lot of things, can anyone help me out with what this could possibly mean?

Stupid question but I have to ask...

Most motorcycle batteries are shipped without acid in them... did you add acid and charge the new battery before attempting to use it?

A good Battery must be use, with at least 12 volts. Double check battery connections and Starter(large wire) and ground wire.
Also place bike in gear and roll forward to be sure it is not seized.
I did find a great exploded view of every part, spring and washer for this bike, the wiring harness shows all devices and where they are connected, I believe it will be usefull:
