20 yr old having sex with a 17yr old in the state of Florida
Okay I'm 20 years old and I just had a problem where I got caught having sex with a 17 year by the mother. I know its wrong but honestly I liked this girl for almost a year. The mother took a picture of my license plate and knows where I live, work and name... What kind of trouble am I looking at?

From a legal perspective this is not statutory rape in FL as long as you are between the ages of 16 and 23 and she is 16 or 17. Nor does it fall into "lewd and lascivious behavior" as long as the girl is at least 16. From: http://www.richardhornsby.com/crimes/sex/offenses.html

Of course you may be in other types of trouble with her family...
