    Child visitations
    I am currently separated from my husband. He had a relationship with a 15 year old girl and now they have 2 children. We have daughters and right not they have not had regular visitations with him. I have not completed a divorce because I am afraid that the girls will have to have overnight visits with him. What should I do?

    He can still ask for visits even if you are not divorced,he has the same rights now as he will in a divorce, all he needs to do, now or then is file them. Right now, you just don't get child support and he has all the same rights, he just has to fie.

    He has visits but he does not take them away from my presence. I know he still has rights but I don't think he presses me because he is in seminary(I know) and just does not have the time to get them. He has been ordered to pay child support but is behind because he quit his job to focus on school he says.


    He was investigated but the two lied so much the charges were droped because of lack of evidence. The girl became pregnant after the fact. He did surrender his teaching certificate in the midst.

    Let me get this straight, he had sex with a 15 yr old who was his student?? And, as soon as she gave birth, they didn't do a DNA test?

    Cops HATE sexual deviants. If they investigated and couldn't put enough evidence together they would have kept watch. As soon as she became pregnant, they would have had a court order ready for when she gave birth to do DNA testing. That would have been enough to convict him. So something doesn't sound right here.

    I think you need top find out what happened there. And I think you need an attorney to advise you on how to get him restricted to supervised visitations. How old are your children?
