    Naming rights in Minnesota
    My girlfriend and I split up during the pregnancy, but remain close friends.. she is saying I have no rights in naming the baby and she does not want it to have my last name. This is our first baby together. What can I do? Because the name she chose is horrible.

    She's right you don't.
    You will need to prove paternity before you can claim anything..
