    I have a pending charge for lewdness, will I be able to get promoted at wells fargo
    I currently work for wells fargo and am about to be promoted to a banker. I also recently got a charge(misdemeanor class B) for lewdness, and am worried I will either lose my job or be denied the promotion after they run my fingerprints( I haven't been fingerprinted yet though by the courts).Also I was fingerprinted 6 months ago when I was re-hired(and passed of course), will they run a new fingerprint scan? Please help.

    We can't answer. This is up to Wells Fargo and their HR dept. We don't know what the policy is for rechecks.
