    Adoption
    If my daughters father did not sign the birth certificate and is not around can my new husband adopt her as easy as signing her birth certificate

    No of course not that is fraud and a criminal offense. Also merely because he did not sign the birth certificate does not mean the bio father does not have legal rights.

    And attempt to locate the bio father will need to be made, and his permission for the adoption given. This is often not a issue, since a bio father that does not visit will gladly sign since his child support obligation ends.
