Can someone get parole and probation at the same time?
My boyfriend is in jail, he's got parole,on court they are giving him 1 year for resisting arrest, but I heard that his parole officer wants to give him 10 months also, so that time will be put together? And he got probation also for the first time, so,will he do both sentences? Does getting probation help little?
