How do I find out about an inheritance in California?
Is it possible to find out how much money a person living in the state of CA has inherited from the death of his Grand Mother? This person is hiding income claiming poverty to the court and has receive a home and good sums of money, I just wondered if I could find out how much? I have two severely autistic minor twins that I retain sole legal and physical custody of in Colorado that he refuses to support. Recently he told me he disinherited them. His parents have a vast fortune in Southern California and are alive. I am concerned for my children and who will care for them upon my death. Needless to say government services are not the best and I want to provide for them. Any advise will be appreciated.
