    Help with law homework?
Are the United States claims to a 200 nm EEZ and a 12 nm territorial sea valid under international law? Should the United States become a party to UNCLOS III by accession? What are the arguments both for and against becoming a party? Which arguments are better, and why?
Any help would be much appreciated!
