92 volts across black and white??
I was outside blowing leafs then the leaf blower stopped. Now I have no lights in my living room and my receptacles are reading 120v from hot to ground, 0v from neutral to ground and 92v from hot to neutral. All my breakers read 120v from breaker to neutral in the panel. I am stumped!! Someone please help!!

Sounds like your neutral(white) wire may be loose in your panel. If that wire is not tight in your neutral bar it can give you weak connection when you power up anything on that circuit.

More than likely this is a problem in another receptacle on the circuit.

Check voltage between hot and ground. If you have 120v (or approx) between hot and ground and 92 volts between hot and neutral, that would indicate a poor neutral connection. Ninety two volts between hot and ground would indicate a poor connection in hot somewhere. As Stan said the problem may be in another receptacle on that circuit. Most likely in the last working outlet or the first non-working outlet. If quick connection holds in back of outlets were used, change to screw terminals.
