    Food addiction
    Why can't I stop eating when I know I'm full? I just keep bingeing and don't realize how much calories I'm taking in. I have been trying to lose all the bingeing weight I gained but after I finish my breakfast I'm tempted and usually convinced to get a second helping. My family isn't helping me since they constantly tell me to eat something. I usually binge in private so they don't know that I've already eaten more than I'm supposed to. I really want to get back to a normal eating life style. Sometimes I don't leave the house just so I can secretly eat. I have lost 30 lbs from a 1000 cal diet and have regained 10 lbs.. Help please!

    Try this when you feel hungry drink water instead of eating

    Just be prepared to burn a ton of calories - and check with a physician to confirm this is a safe amount of weight for you to lose. Our bodies are different!
