    Cricket wireless help desk
    Dear Sirs:

I took a course for basic computer operation for Seniors last September though a non-profit called ByteBack. At the end of the course I was awarded a refurbished Dell DCCV or DCCY, Manufacture Date 08/22/05. Along with it came Cricket Wireless Internet Access CD-less software installation Compact size Cricket EC1705 Modem. It was very easy to install. One of the first sites I went to was YouTube. I downloaded a video and it began to play. Not 40 seconds later it stopped. The screen froze and the download indicator/icon showed uo again mid screen. Then it began to play, stopped appeared to continue downloading, then play again at place where it stopped. What is this? Do I not have enough memory for it to function correctly? I have 1 gyg. It is impossible to enhoy anything on YouTube. The other day It did the same thing but on some videos, though it began by starting and stopping, it actually let a few play to completion.

My whole purpose for taking the course was to be able to access and look at YouTube and other sites.

Can you tell me what the prob lem is?

    Thank you

I had the same problem with YouTube and other videos, so I upgraded to a new computer, but still have the problem. My husband says it may be a problem with some of the YouTube videos and/or perhaps I need the latest and greatest Flash player.
