    Early Termination in Leon County
    In June 2011 I was sentenced to 2 years Probation for sale of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, paraphernalia possession, and underage possession of alcohol. Adjudication was withheld on all counts. I am nearly at my halfway mark and have completed all conditions of probation, passed all drug tests, and have never even come close to violating. My probation officer already said she would not object to early termination. Being on probation is also holding me back from getting into good universities. My suspension from a state university ends after this semester and it is not favorable to reapply while still on probation. Fall semester starts August 27. How likely do you think it is that I will get early termination. My case is in Leon County, FL. I have a private attorney as well. I also know two other people that were charged with the same offenses and were granted early termination halfway through their probation in the same county, if that helps at all.

    You can try, early is not normally done till about 3/4 of the way though. And you go to what college you can get into and have those classes transferred when you can get back in.
