Auto accident
I was recently in an auto accident. The physical therepy bill came to 2228.00. But my healthcare insurance was billed and has an arrangement for a lower fee. So as of right now my hc paid 500 dollars and physical therepy is owed 228 from me. The guy at therapy place said by law they can't accept higher payment since they already have been paid The car insurance place thinks it owes 2228.00 to therapist. When I called and asked the guy said he will payback hc provider and keep the rest. How can they do this when they accepted lower payment
