    Can boyfriend kick me out by filing order of protection if he lies
    My boyfriend wants to kick me out by filing an order of protection. I didn't do anything to him he is mad because I went out with my friends and we have a son

    Can he do it, perhaps, if he lies and his lies are backed up with some evidence of it being true.

    Who owns the property, if rented who is on the lease ?
