    How do I get a title for mobile home that was given to me if owner has died?
    My sister and her husband are giving me a mobile home that needs a lot of work. The home was given to them by his cousin. Before his cousin could get a title the owner died. Do I need a title or can we deal with a bill of sale?

    The heir or estate of the owner needs to sign and give the title to obtain ownership.
