    How much time can u get for not reporting to your probation officer
    I Need To Know Cause My Brother hasn't been reporting for months

    Hello l:

    He has an underlying sentence of xx number of years, SUSPENDED upon the service of xx number of years on probation... They can REVOKE his probation and make him serve ALL of the original sentence.
