Pregnancy weight gain at 19 weeks
This is my first pregnancy and I am 19 weeks pregnant. I have gained 11 pounds so far and am wondering if that is too much?

It depends largely on your current BMI. It could be perfectly healthy if you have a lower/average BMI. If you are overweight, it is probably too much weight. This is a good question to ask your doctor :)
