    Conceiving problems
    Hi, I am 26 yrs old married woman, with a 7 yrs old boy kid. Now that its been 7 years.. We are planning for a second one.. We have been trying since a year, but nothing is turning out positive.. I am not on birth control pills anytime.. and no such health issues.And the sperm test is also normal. What would be the possible problems? And what are the solutions... Please help me..

    You also had a full fertility workup (besides the semen analysis)?

    Sometimes there isn't a definable reason you can't conceive. It may just take more time or medical intervention. During any cycle there is only a 20% chance of conception with healthy couples. Since you've been trying for a year, this is the time many doctors offer medical assistance. Have you talked to your physician about those options yet?
