Last night I was sleeping like normal on my side an hour into it I suddenly woke up to footsteps coming up the stares, then my bed started squeaking and rocking as if someone was there pushing side to side everything was windy around me, my sheets were getting tangled around me it felt as someone was forcefully rolling around and on me I couldn't move but my eyes were open and I could see but all the movements were behind me suddenly I broke free an got up to find no one there, I went to sleep in another room then when I went back in the morning my bed was moved out from the wall! I thought it was sleep paralysis but with my bed actually being moved I don't know what to think this has never happened before can anyone help me make sense of this?

Making sense of that is a little more involved than just one answer. I'm comfortable believing you had a spiritual visitor as it's not than uncommon.

Do you live alone? Is there anything you can think of that might give this entity a right to be around you? How old are you?
