If the judgement is denied and the facts are construed how do you defend yourself
I was denied and the reasons for denial are based on incorrect or twisted information. How do I defend the recent judgement without an appeal? It seems like you should be able somehow defend the incorrect information. For example I had a narcotic contract and was told that I broke that because I couldn't take my meds right at that moment to the dr I was broke had no gas money and could come later in the week but they refused to accept that and with that I broke the contract by means beyond my control. So now it appears the common misconceptions of me is that I am a "drug seeker" which is soooo far from the truth that it is ridiculous. This is only one statement of many I need to defend but how I need to talk with that judge and defend myself but I was told it could be up to 2 years before my appeal and then I don't get to say anything I have to give my therapist the info it has to go on paper for the next judgement. Can anyone help me or (pardon the french) was I just screwed?
