    How can I get my money back?
    I sold my car in October 2011. An woman, who bought it from me, supposed to make down payment of $1000, and all the rest - $1500 pay me back within a month. Well, she never did. Title had been transferred on her name. However, she wrote me IOU note. I took her to court, I won a case, and I have judgment against her. So... what now? How can I get my money back? Judgment will show up on her credit history for 10 years. But it doesn't make me feel better.
    What should I do?

    You have to track down her assets - bank account(s), where she works.

    Do you have any of that info?

    Sometimes the easy part is the Judgment. The hard part comes when you try to collect.
