    Spots that won't go away
I am a teen and have allot of red spots and blackheads all over my forehead and some on my chin. I was my face with neutrogena wash twice a day and I wash my hair everyday too. The main problem is that none of my friends have any spots on their faces and have really clear skin. I'm really jealous as I have tried everything from lemon juice to tea tree but nothing works ;( please help.
Ps. I wouldn't say my skin was dry or oily

Add zinc gluconate to your diet. It's available in the vitamin aisle at your local Walgreen's or pharmacy. Start with 100 mgs. Per day for a week. Then raise that to 200 mgs. Per day for two weeks. Then post here again and let me know what's going on. Google to find out foods that contain this very important nutrient that is often missing from our diet, then add those foods to your meal plan.
