Yes of course, any other crime or arrest is a violation of your probation, Not telling you PO about the contact with the police is another violation

Is there a possibility if I get a lawyer to come with me for my probation violation hearing that I can stay out of jail. I am very concerned I am a father of two and expecting another 1 I am the main provider to my home.. I've been on good behaviorfor the most part of my probation until this incident I just ran into I paid my 2100 dollars restitution all I have remaining is my probation fees I've been reporting just the way I been supposed to I report twice by mail and once in person I was sentenced to 2 years of probation quiet

I've never been to prison before and if I was sent to jail what is the max time I can't serve. The case then I was on probation for served 3 to 7 years. Since it was my first felony offense..

It is very likely they will send you to prison for DUI, and yes having an attorney will most certainly help In fact he could try and work some deal out before

Well I was appointed a public defender for my dui case.. the fact of my dui case I was unfortunate to afford a lawyer. Because driving was my job. And since my license taken from me so what's my job.. but due to the lack of information and mistakes that the police officers have written on the police report.. my public defenders says that the charges will be most likely dismissed.. she is telling me you probably have to worry about your violation of probation.. like I have mentioned before I haven't gave my probation officer any trouble.. I was wondering if maybe I can get my probation reinstated or even intense probation I've never been on probation before this is my first time. I'm even willing to do intense probation, class, drops or anything to remain out of prison and continue to support my family and my new comer into this world.. I do apologize for my many questions I'm just very worried I need to consult with someone do you handle certain cases like this
