Okay so this is a more specific question than my last one!!
I was talking to him last night I will show you the conversation.(this was online)

Him: who do you like?
Me: I can't tell u
Him: just tell me plaese
Me: why should I?
Him: because I'm your bestest friend
Him:lol
Me: do you really want to no?
Him:yes
Him: tell me really fast because I have to go soon
Me: OK I kind of like you...
Me::confused:
Him: cool
Him: byebye
Me:bye

OK so I'm pretty sure he was just being nice considering he didn't say he like me and if he did he would have told me right??
He is always really nice to me and he is always making sex jokes w/ me
What do you think?? I need some answers!!

You'd have to post a follow up conversation, like the next time you talked to him how things went because to be honest it's kind of weird that he wouldn't say AT LEAST something back even if he only had like two seconds.

You can't tell.

At worst he doesn't seem upset about it. At best he liked the idea but didn't have time to talk or it took him by surprise.

Anyway, you'll know more when you talk again. If he ignores the issue he's either not interested or not willing to push it. Don't drive yourself crazy.

He knows you like him. Now its up to him to figure out what to do next. No big deal. Wait and see.

OK so this is a follow up to my question
I talked to him again tonight and it was just a pretty normal converstion. And at one point we weren't really talking at all so I typed in akward silence and he was like o I'm sorry I was watching to sports news..
Then we talked some more and then I had to go and he was like bye, good night.
We didn't talk about what happed last night

I don't know what to tell you, to tell you the truth it's pretty vague. I guess you'll just have to feel it out more but if it's not there don't pressure it because you'll end up ruining a friendship. I don't know how to sweeten it ;)

at this point, if he does nothing but still talks to you, he's either oblivious, unsure, or not interested that way. The good news here is even if he's not interested, he's not put off so much he doesn't want to be friends. If he's interested but doesn't know what to do next, well... hopefully hell get a backbone. You don't really want a guy you have to do all the work for anyway. And if he's oblivious to the obvious fact you dropped a hint... um... I don't know. My wife would say "hes pretty"... meaning some guys best features isn't their brains. =)

so... hell, you could always call him on it if you're just dying to know if he's interested. Whatdya got to lose? He could say no. some call that rejection. I say its reality. Big deal. You know the answer, put him out of your mind and move on. That's life.

or you could just let it ride and see if mr "cool" buys a clue.

you could always back off a little... don't I'm him, etc... see if he comes to you. Be a little distant. See if it gets to him...

so do whatever you want to. Act like it never happened. Push him on it. Wait and see. Your call. Its not like it's a serious that requires the perfect move. Relax and have fun.

Again, stop expressing your feelings over IM's.
The message loses so much meaning.
And when you tell him in person, you have the chance to see his gut reaction. He can't walk away from a keyboard when you're face to face with him.
I've gotten into so many stupid arguments with my girlfriend because of a misinterpretation of a text or IM.
