    Contractor installed 59tn6a,says media filter cabinet does not come with it?true,

    When I read the manuall it say that the furnce is shipped with a factory supplied media filter cabinet.
    Is he telling the truth,I am going to call carrier but because they are closed on sat and Sunday I wanted to know if any one has answer to this qs

    I don`t think you will find anyone here that works for carrier. That would be a question only carrier or one of their suppliers could answer

    All specs I find on the internet shows it is included.
    Was this asked prior to purchase ?

    The contract said the 59tn6a ,that clearly mean everything that comes with it,
    And onlines it says that media filter cabinet is included in the model.
    I am not HVAc guy and why would I think or nyone for this matter think ,this has to be spelled out ,than in that case all the parts need to be spelled out in the contract ,don't you think ?
