    Does anybody have any experience of taking n acetylcysteine to aid skin lightening?
    I am starting a course of n acetylcysteine capsules, vitamin c, vitamin e and alpha lipoic acid. My research claims that this should significantly increase a natural production of gluthione within my body. Just wanted to know if anybody has experience of taking these supplements so I know what results to expect.

    Expect nothing to happen. Except perhaps side effects with your blood and digestion
