    Am I still pregnant?
    I have been pregnant for about 7-8 weeks now, and for the past couple weeks I've completely lost all pregnancy symptoms. I was extremely nauseated before and had super sore breast, which have been gone. No fatigue anymore either. Is it possible I've had a missed miscarriage?

    More likely your symptoms have just vanished as they tend to do.

    This happen to me also I was a nervous wreck don't worry your little one is still there.
