In probation and received a restraining order.
I filed a restraing order against someone with out knowing she was on probation for the same thing. She confronted me and got in an argument and she slap me. She did something similar with her ex and he called the police on her. So did I. I believe she is still on probation for her first issue will she go to jail? Or what's going to happen to her?

It is not really your concern ( sorry) you filed your retraining order and as long as she does not violate your order, the rest of it, really is not your issue. Since it appears you did not press charges, or call the police and have her arrested for the assault she did on you, perhaps nothing else will happen. But that is up to the PO, and perhaps the judge.
