    Pain in ribs
    No injuries. Sharp pains in right rib cage area if move just "right". Breathing also elicits some pain

    I know that you want an exact diagnosis, but that's simply not possible via the internet.

    If this is a concern then you really need to see your doctor. That's really the only option.
