    How can remove shy, how can I becom smart, how can I regain my cofident,
    I am 30 year old.I have to remove my shy cherectore,and I have no confident in any thing,and I'm feeling bad easily when some one insulting me.I want to become smart as the people at my age.

    Were you always shy around others?

    Have you been sensitive to others opinions and reactions towards you in the past or is this new?

    "smart" is only how you express your knowledge.Is there something you can say you have great knowledge in,even the 'seemingly' littlest thing(to you)?Even the smallest things can grow and make you more confident.Do you like art?Music?Woodworking?Swimming? see,it could be anything as long as you apply your experiences and learn what you can about something.

    With knowledge comes confidence.
