I was an Disney Intl College Program the last fall. Tax refund form
I was ICP the last fall at WDW. And I took some classes with them. I'm no longer in the USA. I want to file the tax refund form by myself, what form or forms I need to fill out to claim the taxes ? They told me I need to file 1040 nr ez. Is that one the only form I need to send to the IRS ?

    Thanks for your help !

    I need to know:

    - HOW LONG were you in the program?
    - WHAT was your visa status?
    - DID you work oin your home country prior to coming to the U.S.
    - HOW MUCH duid you earn?
    - WHAT is your home country?
    - WHAT did you pay for the classes?

With these answers, I can then provide some guidance.

The program was from July 12/2011 through January 6/2012

    My visa status : J-1

That one was my first one work experience

    I earned: $ 5775.91

    I live in Colombia

That program is an agreement among Disney and Tompkins Corland Community College. I paid like $3.000 but I think I just can claim for withheld taxes from my paycheck from Disney, because I'm not sure about the amount. Also the only document I have is the W-2

You will need to file Forms 1040NR-EZ and 8843.

Your federal tax liability will probabluy be about $200, so you will probably be getting a refund. If you worked at DisneyWorld in Florida, there is no state income tax. However, DisNeyLand is in California, which DOES have a state income tax.
