    What does it mean when you have a yellow discharge and pains in your lower stomach?
    Here laitly I have been having a little amount of yellow discharge. I am also have a little bit of pains in my lower stomach. What could this be. I am a little be scared that I may have an STD.

    Doesn't necessarily mean an STD unless you feel you have been with several partners and not using a safeguard. It's couild be a bladder infection, advanced ans untreated. Please visit your doctor.
