    Side of Foot Hurts...
    I do Irish Dance about 7 hours a week. The side of my foot hurts when I put pressure on it and there is a hard bump that is only on my hurt foot. It was made worse yesterday because I fell in my dance competition and twisted it even more. What is it? Should I get it looked at?

    It could be serious - or not. It should be seen by a Physician.
