    Both my male dog hump each other. Why? And can I make them stop?
    Both my 2yr old male dogs hump each other. But have never tried humping me or anything else. Why do they do this and how can I make them stop? Its really annoying!!

    It is annoying, I agree.. but unfortunately that is just something dogs do.

    There really isn't anything you can do to stop it. It's a dominance struggle between the two dogs. One of the dogs has to win this silent battle. Only than, will it be over. Just continue to supervise your dogs and be there when there together. When you cannot watch them, keep them separate. This type of behavior can trigger a dog fight.

    It'll end soon. It could be awhile, but it will end. Just be patient and if it really does bother you, intervien. But just know, if you make the correction, it'll only stop for a short time, it won't be over until the dogs say it is.
