I supported my child until June 17 2011, so can I claim her as a dependent?
I have been sole supporter of my child until June 17, 2011 housing, clothing, food, education, test expenses, job hunting expenses, paying student loans, gas, transportation.
However, she make 19000.00 from middle of June 2011 to end Dec 2011
Can I claim her if she does not claim herself?

If she went to school from 1 January toi the 17 June date you cite, then YES, you CAN claim her if you provided more than half of her total support for the year.

    Otherwise, no!
