Many things women feel while on their period mimic symptoms of pregnancy so it can be misleading. But if you first had sex at the end of February, and became pregnant, the chances of showing any symptoms a mere 4 weeks later are very low.
Our periods can fluctuate, and stress and fatigue can actually alter the time when they would normally come. At this point if you were pregnant, you would most likely register positive on a test. If you feel the need to schedule a doctor's visit, by all means go ahead, but I believe the results will be the same. I have heard of women not registering on a test at this point, but it is rare. Good luck.
