My Left Testicle Has Little To No Sperm. Is This Normal?
It's Been This Way For A While. If Anyone Has This Same Thing And Has Been To The Doctor Or Hospital Please Let Me Know. Thanks.

How do you know this? It is not normal, but its not that unusual.
Are you trying to have a child? If not, why does it matter?

Yes, I have to ask how you know this? The only way you could is from a doctor exam, do you have low sperm count?

Since you ejaculate out of ONE urethra, how do you know that the sperm is only coming out of ONE testicle rather than both?
