    Coworker crazy
    He is basically illiterate, very moody, ill tempered, physically aggressive, doesn't sleep or eat well, has poor hygiene, threatens to kill coworkers, slightly OCD about certain things like work but will drive his car around for years piled full of junk

    And? Sorry to hear that you have to work with this type of person.

    Is he a co-worker or your boss?

    You do have the option to find another job if you can't deal with this person.
