How to clean cinder block walls from sewerage seepage.
I just had my leaky sewer line relined. Does anyone have suggestion for cleaning the mold & wet spots where the sewer line seeped from the slab through the cinder block walls into the unfinished basement? Also what would be the best way to remove the odors. I have a de- hmidifier running now. Thank you

There must be products on the market but I use bleach to clean up ka-ka spills, It also helps with the odor. Good luck, Tom

10-20% bleach solution is all that is needed to kill any mold/bacteria and stop odors dead in their tracks...

Stronger solutions only kill the brain cells of the person using the bleach!

Good point Mark. Definitely don't want to use it straight. Last time I did that, I couldn't smell right for the rest of the day. Not a good feeling.
