    My ex partner problems
    My ex parter after six years wants to come near my son he is a criminal and a women basher and hurts children. How do I keep him away from us? I've warned the school.

    Can you give more detail to the situation ? Is there a custody order or restraining order ?

    No order in place. Tried extending dvo but they wouldn't. My solictor pulled it out of court because it was my word against his. He told a big lie to my solictor saying there was no violence. Bloody lier. Why does he think the dvo went on him the first place!
