I was with a group and we were filling out papers to help other people and I started gagging on hair in my throat and as I pulled it out I began to pull out chains, and then when the chains stopped I pulled ot this huge muscle and it was the shape of jesus face and then legs and arms and then the torso and I felt myself spitting on my pillow I then woke up and my pillow was moist

Easy on the pork grinds from now on, all right? That is one heck of a nightmare. I can't even call that a dream. Praying to Jesus is one way to eliminate those horrifying and disgusting nightmares. Watch your diet too in order to get a good nights sleep. What does it mean? It means you're not praying before you go to sleep. Prayers always work so start praying tonight and you'll be amazed to find yourself waking up in the morning without any dream at all. Of course, don't eat a lot before going to bed because sleeping when stuffed causes nightmares or bad dreams.

Bad dreams are often very disturbing and it may cause depression to some people so start taking actions to prevent depression from creeping in to your life.
